Chrome High Temp Spray Paint

hey


looking to get some High Temp Chrome looking spray paint... i want my intake to be shiny, instead of the dull AEM look..

anywhere around town that sells it?

Intake won't get hot, its not like an exhaust manifold just use regular chrome paint.

BTW chrome paint never looks chrome!

it gets prety warm in the summer.... so it should be good still?






i think it would look better shinier, since im having my valve cover chromed or just polished

if it's alluminum just strip it an polish it.. it's not that hard and it will look chrome.

That's what u should do Dougball...if u don't prep the intake well enough the paint will prolly flake and chip...then it'll look worse than it does right now.

if you strip it and it is smooth all you really have to do is put a huge blobs of mothers polish on it and buff it with a buffer... then buff off with clean rangs and you'll be able to see your reflection.

wear gloves.

i really want it to look the way it does now kinda, but the paint thats on there is all werid looking.... im probably gonna sand it off, and give it another coat, and it that doesnt work, just polish it like you say
