I just discovered these and found out that i know the canadian distributor of them, he is located in Toronto. They are a new product, they are most commonly used as flush mounted, easy open hood pins but can also be used as latches for a lot of other things. Has anyone heard of or used these before?

Normal retail is C$129.00 for non-locking and $149.00 for locking.
