Props to Xtreme

Big Steve was a huge help today in getting me what I want for a muffler for the car. And great service too. Not too mention a good price. I'll be going to him again for suspension as well.
Keep it up guys!

Just like JCO did... and everyone there was upset with them, cause they overcharge through the roof. like 78 bucks for a street glow 20" tube, where crappy tire has the EXACT same one for like 39 bucks

I don't understand that Andrew...why would people be upset??? If he wants to charge $80 for that, he can...no one is forcing anyone to buy it.

The same goes for VM sponsors...just because they are a sponsor doesn't mean that you'll get the best price from them for everything. You have to shop around.

I'd rather pay a higher price to an Independent retailer than some Big Box store that can charge $0.03 above cost just to undercut everyone

I'd rather buy from Chapters than a local family run book store.

We were all pissed because they were treating Official members like crap... I went in to get some decals made up before i heard of Nikos, and he asked me why i would try and soup up a cavalier... i told him that their freaking company sponsors a cavalier club!... and that i was a exec in that region, and all i gotta do is give the president theword and they loose their sponsorship.

Even with our 10% discount, we were still getting raped

So do I, doesn't sound like something big Steve would say, and he runs it, so please, tell us who that was. And I'll even go in and have a word with him.

I see Cavaliers go in there all the time...I can't see why they would say that.

Well guys in my defence I'm I think your info is false and I know for a fact that none of that is true. First of all I have never bashed any club, car brand or person. I hate to be the bearer of bad new but I for one will say thats a bold face lie and if you beleive thats the way I conduct business then feel free to go else where. But I own the company and if you hear or see any problem with the way myself or my guys conduct buisness then feel free to contact me in person or by phone and I will correct the problem myself.
Thanks for listening.

It wasnt you, it was the other guy... He was a skinny guy... I dont know if he knew about the sponsorship with JCO or not.... but he did say it, and my friend was there with me, and can back it up. (also a JCO member)

well as I said "dougall" unfortunatly wether or not he knew you were a JCO member or a customer off the street it is not a practice at our company to make judgement of people or there cars they choose to dress them up, But I am sure that in your post you did say "they were all pissed because they were treating Official members like crap" they would include me!!! Second if he was treating in a manner in you didn't like then you have every right to feel the way you do. If he had made a comment that you didn't like then so be it. What I am hear to say is that even tho I can't control the way you were treated when you came in I can correct it (when I am made aware of it but I never was until now) As far as the 10% discount, I extended that to JCO even before I was a Sponsor as a kind gesture to create a relationship between our shop and the JCO so Im not sure raped would be the appropriate word! But enough of that as I said I do appologise that your visit wasn't a good one and it is unfortunate that not all customers can be pleased but I can only hope that maybe you feel some type of satisfaction from my public appology. If you feel you have more to say, Please feel free to to PM me or you can phone me direct at the shop or if that isn't enough then feel free to come in person I am there 7 days a week!!

Just seems weird Dougall, its like everyone else is saying, you know, people showin up with Tempo's and whatnot, and even kids who aren't old enough to drive on their own yet are going in there all the time, but to them a customer is a customer and treats them just the same as you or I. Now I wasn't there so I can't say, but is it a possibility that he was kiddin around with ya?

Never have I heard of them being that way, and have only ever heard posotive feedback from everyone thats delt with them that I've ever talked to. Just clean straight up guys, with no bullshit. I still strongly recommened anyone to do business with them, as they are sure to help you out to the full extent that they can.
