So Niko's shop is now closed.. went there a couple days ago, booo

He works at Go Glass & Accessories on Highland & Westmount, and he still tints (but he's not a manager..) Anyways, I want to get my windows tinted to 20%, but I dont know where to go anymore. I mean, if I had gone to Niko's before, my warranty would be gone coz his business is done! So if I go to this place, they want to charge $175+tax, where as Tint Shop charges $175 with tax, but they wont do 20%!!

ARGGGGGGGGGH!

And I hear Extreme Inc is ass, so what do I do...

Ya but I think it depends on what film you wanna use.

For $199 they'll use a polyesterized or whatever the hell it's called film, and for $279 they use a metalized film. Honestly, I want this done right. These guys really sound like they know what they're talking about. I mean yeah, Tint Shop does it for $175 but what will ultimately be the best product, last the longest, etc? Hmmmmm

What's wrong with Xtreme?

Eddie does a great job (he worked for Ziebart doing tint...and he does most of the local Limosenes and fleets)

Nothing is wrong with Xtreme, do yourself a favour, go in there yourself in person, talk to Big Steve, get a quote, see how he treats you, and then make a decision on your own, based on that.

Yeah Nicko can't do tint, but he can do a little bit of work from his house.

ya I just called Xtreme Inc. They use Madico film, standard.. 3 layer metalized..

$185 +tax (probably get the tax off with cash and crying).. will do 20%

Do u guys know the store hours, I forgot to ask

Big Steve is usually there until 9-10pm just helping people out. They open at I believe 10ish... I think.

how's it goin' guys. I'm new to the board so I thought I'd say hi!

Slawek: Just so you know, I gladly warrenty my work and if problems arise in any tint that I install, I will gladly do whatever I can to solve the issue.

If you're at all apprehensive about getting tint done, just come in and talk to either myself or Steve. I'm generally here after 1:00 or 3:30 depending on my school day (go Conestoga :tounge: )

this goes the same for anyone else on the boards
