Perry Sound Annual Sportbike Rally

2007 Parry Sound Sportbike Rally

Great event and lots to see and do.
The cruise there and back is only part of the fun!

If any riders out there want to join, there will be a few of us riding down for the Saturday.
The plan is to leave around 6am from here so that we can beat traffic, and return the same night, leave at 6pm from there.

The ride is about 3hrs including a fuel stop each way.

Post if you're interested.

I'll be going, though i'm probably going with a few buddies and not really after a pack ride. We'll see as the date approaches.

It's up to you Paul.
Last year I rode solo with two other maniacs, but this year I'm riding 2 up and in a pack with some new riders, so I'm sure it will be quite a relaxed ride.

I'll be two up as usual, which doesn't neccessarily preclude any fun, but it means keeping it in my pants for sure.

We'll see where i'm at as the day gets closer.

I'm shopping for communications gear today, do you, or any of your friends run any, and have any suggestions? I'm thinking of just forgetting bike to bike and going to the Scalar bluetooth set.

Anyone else going?

Paul

As for talking to my girlfriend, I'm sure she's usually just screaming or calling me an idiot or something, so I'd rather not hear it! Bwahahahaha.

SICK yo.

This looks like it might actually turn into something, not just the usual 2 riders.

We're up to about 6 bikes confirmed as of right now.
I still have to run into a few guys, so we should have more by the time this weekend rolls around.

Put the battery on a charger, and see if it will charge that way.
If not look up how to test your stator (equivalent of an alternator in a car).

i've lr eady determined it's not the battery. I've used 3 and they all die within a day's use. I replaced the R/R, soldered the wired and shrink wrapped them, so they are perfect. I'm going to look up the Stator now.

and I wont be able to make it to the rally then, I've got Rider trainging that weekend

It's coming up.... (and people are already backing out as expected)

There's still at least 3 of us that are confirmed.
