Fs: HD Snowblower Practically Brand New! Lots of Pics
FS Item:
MTD Heavy Duty Snowblower Description: Has only been used 4 times until the time that this has been posted! This thing is as close to brand new as can be without being new. Manufacturer's link - MTD Bolens E903I Second from top of the line 32" wide by 22" high intake area 12hp winterized tecumseh motor, very powerful! 6 forward speeds, 2 reverse Both electric and pull start No need to mix gas and oil together. Runs on gasoline only. Has everything with it including all documentation and extra key. Location: Cambidge, pickup only as I have no way to deliver. I may be able to arrange local delivery via my sister in law's mom's truck but I highly doubt it because the thing is too high and has a fifth wheel hitch in the back (Chevy 2500HD) Reason for Selling: It's been a shitty year so far. My mom bought this for my dad at the end of last winter for at a community charity auction. In the period of a month my parents have split up and my dad has moved out of the house. My mom is disabled and with the separation my mom looses her health benifets from my dad's work. We need the money to pay some bills and buy some needed specialized equipment for my mom. Please hold any doubtful comments I am speaking the truth. The fact of the matter is that I am fully capable of shovelling and although the snowblower kicks ass and makes things much easier it is not a necessity. My dad has moved into an appt. building and has no need for it. Our houshold income is especially low right now as I still have a couple of months of school left until I can get a full time job. Price: My mom paid $1000 for it at charity auction. Manufacturer's recommended is $2gs and I believe I saw it on sale for more than $1500 + taxes at TSC or something. Our hope is to get our money back out of it. We are asking $1000. I realise that it is slightly used but it is still a great deal at that price. Only reasonable offers will be entertained, we can't afford to lose an arm and a leg on this. If you want to compare value here is a very comparable TROY-BILT one (made by MTD) sale for $1900 @ Crappy Tire. Note it is only a 30" cut with 10.5hp. Buying ours for sale would be $1166 cheaper than buying that one from Crappy Tire.
