Oringal Nintendo Entertainment System Action set complete in box. Rare Mattel version.

Description:
Im selling a rare Matell branded Nintendo Entertainment System. It still says Nintendo all over it like all the other ones, but this one comes with the Mattel stickers on the box and on the Mattel black and white extra instructions. These were only sold at Toys R Us for about a year and nowhere else. These are the hardest to find NES systems anywhere, especially complete.

The box is in great shape for its age. There is some wear around the edges and one of the tongues where you open it is torn back a bit. There is also the remains of the original price sticker, but its just the glue residue left over.

Overall the box is a 8/10

The foam inside of the box in also in great shape. There are some indents here and there from people putting the system back into the box, but its still in great shape. There is a bit of the foam missing on the outside bottom of the foam, but its not a hole and its not really noticeable.

Overall the foam is a 7.5/10

The system is also in very good shape. The insides are amazingly clean and works great. There are some marks on top from normal use over the years, but they are minor.

Overall the system is a 8/10

Also inside of the box there is the Mattel instructions for the Zapper and for the system and the warranty and purchase price for replacement or lost parts. There is also the NES Nintendo Action set manual and the Nintendo Zapper manual. All of these are in great shape with one of the Mattel manuals having a rip in the back cover and some black dots in the top right corner of about 5 pages. The only document that is missing is the poster that came with the system. I assume that it was hanging on some kids wall and thrown out.

All the baggies are included aswell. There are the original twist ties for everything with the exception to the RF adapter. Also included is the rare UHF to RF splitter that came only with the Mattel NES systems.

There are 2 controllers that are both in very good used shape. There is one orange zapper gun also included. There is an RF adapter. There is the power supply. There is also the RCA cables brand new never opened from their original baggie.

Also included is Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt that is also in amazing shape. There are instructions for the game aswell. They are also in great shape, but there is a crease in them from someone closing the box with the instructions being on an odd angle.

This is a very complete system and only missing the original poster and Im not 100% sure that the poster came with the Mattel version of the NES anyways. I think there might of been a Nintendo Power magazine card that came with it aswell, but that is also unknown to have come with the Mattel version of the NES or not.

Also note the price is very fair for the condition that the system is in and all the baggies and such. Complete systems that are Mattel sell on eBay in the $200 - $350. Normal non Mattel ones sell for $150 - $300 this complete all the time.
