268.5 square feet of Premium Maple Hardwood Flooring

Description:
I have some really nice premium Scandinavian Maple Hardwood flooring for sale. I have 268.5 square feet of it. I was going to use it to refinish my basement, but I just dont have the time to do this at the moment and its just taking up extra space in the house.

Its Armourwood brand flooring and is built for industrial applications. However it is clean enough that it will work in any home perfectly. Industrial just means that it will outlast normal wood designed for home use. Same stuff just stronger finish.

It is aluminum oxide U.V. cured flooring for high traffic applications. This is perfect for front entrances, basements, or any place in your house that gets a lot of traffic. With the U.V. coating it protects the wood against premature fading from sun light or artifical light. Very high quality premium flooring.

As you can see they are all in boxes with the top box just opened so that I could take pictures of the wood itself. Each box contains 2.268 square meters of flooring. If my math is correct that means there is 268.5 square feet in total. Please double check this though as my math isnt the greatest.

I will not part this out. It will be going as a total lot at $3.50 per sq/ft. Pickup is a must. Delivery can be made for an extra $75.

Me and a buddy sell this stuff through my buddies auction....this is really nice quality flooring. The armourwood is one of the best flooring we sell. Good luck on the sale
