Alright, let's hear what you (love) sick puppies cooked up for your girlfriends on this, our holiest of Hallmark holidays
 I made 17 construction-paper valentines for my coworkers, and got up insanely early to "decorate" the interior of my Mom's car (muahaha. It shall take her awhile to clean THAT up!  Love is messy!)I got a nice shurprise in return  Unfortunately due to opposing work schedules, I don't get to see my bf this week, but I came home and there were flowahs on my table Cuz I know he, like most guys (people in general, really) don't believe in what Valentine's Day has become, but he sucked it up for me so I wouldn't feel left out  I felt bad for one girl @ work though...everyone else's husbands/boyfriends had discreet evening plans, but this one chick got a too-big-to-mean-anything-but-a-small-penis display of flowers that I've ever seen from a guy she went on a date with last week...she was thrilled, and ran around telling everyone about it, while everyone else in the office cut her up soooo badly! OMG the jealousy! (Including, "she probably sent them to herself!"  ) Gentlemen, please...do NOT send flowers to your girlfriends work! It's not worth the gossip they will have to endure!PS: If anyone is interested, Valentine's Day celebrates the beheadings/deaths/martyrdoms of not one, but THREE St. Valentines: A priest in Rome, A bishop of Interamna (modern Terni), A martyr in the Roman province of Africa Last edited by steffie; 02-14-2008 at 08:13 PM. |

Well, since nobody else is starting...
We went for dinner last night, went for a drive to some nice places, walked around a bit, etc... Today I cooked lunch and got her a necklace and a stuffed teddy bear. |
