Well this past weekend was the NSABBA show and my brother-in-law competed again.
He weighed in at 195~lbs this year which is about his norm for competing.
He was able to win his category as well as best pose (3rd yr in a row i think) and this year he took the Overall award as well which is what he really wanted.
He'll be in the Atlantics this coming weekend in Moncton but I thought I'd show some pics for those in the scene

Nikiter, that's probably ProTan or DreamTan, which is a spray-on skin dye

I'll pass the word on for you. He definately cut up a LOT more than last year and IMO this is the best I've seen him for a show.
Its definately skin dye, messy shit but it works.

i don't think thats the route he's going on, that said i've never asked.
what he was after was the overall title so he's able to go to nationals whenever he wants without having to compete at the NSABBA shows again.
i'll have to ask him now that you mention it

Jeez...yeah he looks really ripped but I suppose once you get in to that class of defenition you are looking to accomplish a diffrent goal. I would never wanna be that ripped, it almost looks reverse of good if thats possible to say. Almost makes him look fake. That being said, I have never competed in a body building competition nor do I see any thrill in it. Too each their own. Congrats none the less!

PS My Uncle used to do this too and I thought he looked gross too hahaha but he did give me some good tips/tricks

you couldn't sustain that level of cut for a prolonged period of time.
he has to keep it for another 5 days for atlantic championship and he feels like he wants to die currently. he's boardering not functioning at this point becuase his body is so depleted.
and my sister is married, to him... so good luck with that guys

she has actually.
she trained for her first figure competition two years ago and won NSABBA short category hands down. She then took overall for NS as well at the same show. Beginners luck I guess.lol. she went on to win atlantics for short again but i can't remember if she got overall at that show as well, i don't think so for some reason.
