Why are people horrible?
Today I came out to My 240 and I notice something funny, low and behold some cocksucker has driven into the rear 1/4. I cannot stand people who do this, is it that fucking hard to drive your car? either way my car has blown a turbo gasket, been damaged in a hailstorm and now been backed into all in one week. I'm officially selling it as of today.

Dont take that thought process to these insidents. I mean if I did that on my Blue CRX I would of gotten rid of it years ago. Ive got 10 hit and runs, broken into 12 times, wheels stolen once, blown suspension 2 times, every window except the passenger side window has been replaced or needs to be replaced, and Ive been harassed by the police more times than I can count while driving it.
Just look at it this way. With all the time and effort you put into that car, all the love and hate that youve gone though, all the pain its caused you, do you honestly think that by selling it youre gonna feel any better? No youre not. Youre going to regret it. CRX Forum ------------------ Honda CR-X If you need it I can get it. |

No regard for other peoples' hard earned money. What goes around comes around so don't worry about it, karma's a bitch.

the first investment I ever made on my car was too get a good security system. At 2 way system, with a pager may have been able to help with these incidents

That won't help the turbo gasket, and it will just make noise after the damage has been done by hail/faggoty drivers. Joey, selling isn't the solution to the problem. There's a lot of fun yet to be had in that car - Crix is right if you sell it you'll regret it. You just need a garage. ------------------ The MR2 is alive Don't bring a knife to a gun fight. don't sell it becaue of this, your just having a bad week. I lost my cell phone, blew a motor, had a deck stolen all in the same day. I still have my car.i do have my ups and dowsn with it and sometimes I curse and swear at the thing when its not running the way I want it to.
with all the work done to your car and time and money spent on it. You know you love it. so what if a turbo gasket blows, obviously there was a problem, so fix it and make it better, as for the quarter panel, shit happens.. don'ts ell your car becaue your having a bad week,. you will regert it for sure. |

That right sucks!
Hope whatever decision you come to.. you'll be happy with it. .. do like I did. .. I got my Z24 (to replace the first one). It didn't run well and I worked at fixing it since day one.. new gaskets etc etc.... still had a bitch of a vacuum leak. Ultimately I gave up when it stopped running for me. I was mad at the car. .. I let it sit for over a year, then.. I felt the need to work on it again. Now it runs, and I'm soooo happy I didn't get rid of it. Its not easy to find old cars with a pretty good body. good luck! Hope you keep it, or get something newer.. but still sporty. |
