The System

So, when you voted today what system did you pick for the Refereedom??

Went with the new system myself. I think it'll better at actually getting what the people you want in there. Would have liked it the last election especially, my local guy back in B-town was absolutely awesome, but he was Liberal. It was hard to make that vote knowing how big of a doorknob McGuinty was, even back then.

ONTARIO VOTES 2007

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty and his Liberals cruised to an easy win in the Ontario election, picking up 71 seats, 17 more than they need for a majority.

The Tories, hampered by their pledge to bring private religious schools into the public education system, have 25 seats.

Conservative leader John Tory went down to personal defeat, losing to Education Minister Kathleen Wynne in the Toronto riding of Don Valley West.

Howard Hampton's New Democrats won 11 seats.

I voted for the new system.. The old way doesn't seem to work that well at all, and the new one seems like a great idea to me.
