One thing i do know Canadas Wonderland is safe.

my first co-op term was at wonderland as a maintanace mehcanic.. From 6am to 10pm all ride are check and preventative maintanace is followed to a T. There is alot of backup systems if something breaks - especially on the restraint systems of the bigger rides.

The wooden ones are built like tanks.

^^ Usually if they have to stop a ride for maintenance during the day, its something VERY small and minute, but they're just that particular about it. Its good to see them be so careful when they are so busy all summer.

The sensors will trip out the ride if you look at them funny. People bitch about being stuck in seat or a ride being offline but trust me, there noting to be bitching about..

Nothing to be afraid of mechanically.. but if yoru afriad of heights that another story..

^^^ i'm almost absolutely sure that its the big wooden one at Cedar Point. I've been there and i reconize the coaster and the scenery.

I might just look up the name of it now too
