i am pretty sick and tired of the majority of my staff not performing to what they need to be. hell! all of my senior staff can run circles around all the guys that are 20-30 yrs old. AND they show up for work everyday, never bitch, never late, and never hungover. i wish there were more 50yr olds that needed jobs.

What can i say... I work in a home improvement store.

Dont you hate it when your on the Reach truck, and people cross the "do not cross" line to ask you a fucking question? some dickhead crossed the line today, while i had a freaking lift of cement 16 feet in the air, and coming down (do you know how freaking heavy a skid of 63 bags of cement is? Over 4000lbs lol

SO yeah, the idiot crosses the line to ask me where the Comercials Desk was.... i told him that he might get killed from the cement, and if he turns around, he can see the freaking desk. He felt soo bad, that i stood there with the thing in the air, andjust stared at him. lol...

I wish we could kick people in the head when they cross the line
