its dumb, based soley on the fact that having an email address is not part of having a license.
If a police officer asks me for my email address, I'm not going to give it to them, but I assume they will still electronically enter the information, I just won't receive a copy via email. |

OK enough crazy talk about emailing you your ticket. First I must appologise for this being so late, but I just saw this thread.....
Again there seems to be some confusion.... There is no emailing you a ticket. The ticket is filled out electronically, printed out on the spot and given to you, and then the the electronic file of the ticket is sent via a wireless conection to the police station/ courts.
