They wrote that it was a Mazda Familia (because I have that badge on my car) but it's a Protege5. Is this grounds for getting it thrown out? License plate is correct. I'm guessing no, but worth a shot

Call the # on the back and ask. That's what I did when the cop wrote GO UP as my place instead of GD UP, and the lady on the phone cancelled the ticket
