This is the problem with the court systems.

People are allowed to fight silly tickets that were thier own damn fault. Its not that the MTO leaves it upto you to reember. They send you a notice.

Would you expect your boss to let you keep your job if you showed up late and it was againts the rules???

Paythe ticket and like said above, take some responsablity for your actions that were wrong. If you do goto court, I hope they dont do anything for you... and I hope you get a judge that yells at you for being irresponsible. And you learn your leason. Sorry for being an assshole about it. But its your own mistake. Live with it.

I got the same ticket about three weeks ago, officer specifically told me to get the sticker and take it to court. Got the sticker in the morning went to the court office in the afternoon, sat down with the presecuter and it was thrown out with no problems.

gotta love the justice system

Don't be sorry, I was expecting it. Every thread has people like you, I'd be surprised if there wasn't.

I don't know why people can't just reply to the original thread without any other bull shit.

Instead of saying "pay the ticket, it's your own fault" you had to go and put out a whole bunch of other crap.

Oh well, a forum wouldn't be the same without people like you, I guess...
