the only thing more heat score then an apexi N1 would be no muffler at all...loud like crazy, and extremely flashy

Jimmy is right. The Apexi N1 is very loud ( I have one on my 240). However, if you get the active tail silencer it's not to bad. The nice thing is that when you drive normally it's pretty quiet, and when you give it, the valve opens and let's more exhaust out (more noise too).

Exhaust ticket will run you $110 inclusive of victim fine surcharge. Otherwise, probably most of a day (and probably still a fine at the end of it) waiting for the justice of the peace to deal with the other issues before yours.

ya the only thing you need to do is just don't drive it at high rpm's like god when i see a cop i put in my clutch lol cause i am worried he will pull me over but there has been times where it is still quite loud and they don't pull me over.

No muffler tickets have no effect on insurance as it does not have points attached to it. At least I haven't seen it affect mine. That's how I understand it. If I am wrong and you know what you're talking about feel free to clarify. If you live in Kitchener or Guelph I know it won't take long for you to get pulled over for an exhaust if you're out and about a lot.

Like everyone says, if you drive in a sane manner you'll probably be fine. My exhaust is straight through from off the cat with only a big resonator and it's almost been a year since I've had it like that with no problems at all. Even in most cops per capita T-bay and living down the road from the cop shop I haven't had any issues, although I don't know if there's enough people up here to care
We'll have to see how long I last when I start driving back and forth to Guelph everyday for work in a few weeks.I'm not familiar with the N1 construction, but technically anything without a baffle they can nail you for. ------------------ This is where you type a bunch of shit about how awesome your car is. FACT: It's been scientifically proven that the more shit you write in here the less cool your car is. Nine times out of ten the majority of people who talk shit down here don't even have any of the crap they talk about on their car. I drive an 8 year old domestic and barely give two shits about it. I beat the hell out of it and it begs for more, just like your girlfriend. Go ahead, cut me off. I dare ya. |

haha, no. and honestly with that much of a free-flowing exhaust it is SUPER hard to not make retarded noise....even at idle it's loud and the second you give it ANY gas it gets sooo loud.
