Mike, if you could be a dear and delete this thread on behalf of all parties, that would be super.

Ouchh, now thats just simply bullshit

Haha funny: your driving to work to survive and pay off bills and don't get let off with a warning yet a cop in Barrie was caught speeding/avoiding police/DUI and got off completely free

Wow i didnt know the Waterloo Police dept casued you to loose your job? I didnt know it was there fault that you didnt have a back up plan? Fuck them!!!! I dont know if you know this or not but there are these things called "Buses" that go around the city on routes that pretty much go everywhere. I think it cost like $3 to ride.

It sucks you were laid off but dont go blaming the Police Dept for doing there job. You were driving illegally now you pay the price. If you got caught 4 or 5 times, they did give you a break. A buddy or mine got caught once and they confiscated (sorry i cant spell today) his licence on the spot. And it could have been worse. They could have impounded the car.

Now on to your situation. I hope everything works out for you and you get things straighten out and get your life back on track.

I had mine suspended and didn't have to start back at my G1... for the same ticket actually! You might want to get some clarification on the whole situation.

You Broke the law, and guess what I bet you will never do it again now because it was a pain and an inconvinence for you. But guess what there are people that are worse off then you and complain less. So you know what you get your ass off you computer chair and go out in the world and do something about it. Because guess what no matter how many people comment on this forum about your situation and feel bad for you its not going to put food on your table, cloths on your back and gas in your car. Stop complaining about how cops fucked you over they were doing there job, I am sure you dont stop doing your job because someone has a story about how broke they are, and how much you should give them a break.

Honestly bro, I feel you, I really do, cuz I'm 21 and I've gone through my share of tickets, TRUST ME. But you had 6 opportunities to renew your stickers, and if u had the money to pay of those fines, you had the money to renew em. I don't understand why you didn't put those tickets to court, most of them just get dropped anyways?... But man to get 5 tickets and still not learn your lessen is f$%^ed. The thing about the traffic law is.. you follow em or you screw yourself over.. It sucks that your in the situation that your in, but you put yourself there... so suck it up. and get goin wit your life.. cuz like Matalic said, there are people worse off out there than you..

If you want compassion go on Oprah. VM just sold out.

Does the MTO suck, yes. Does it change the fact that everybody who operates a motor vehicle should have a valid plate sticker, no. But seriously, why do you deserve any more compassion than me or anyone else just because you're in debt? Laid off or not we all know the risk you run when you drive with expired plates. You continued taking chances, and continued getting caught. No sympaty here, you knew exactly what would happen when you got caught.

This is where you type a bunch of shit about how awesome your car is. FACT: It's been scientifically proven that the more shit you write in here the less cool your car is. Nine times out of ten the majority of people who talk shit down here don't even have any of the crap they talk about on their car. I drive an 8 year old domestic and barely give two shits about it. I beat the hell out of it and it begs for more, just like your girlfriend. Go ahead, cut me off. I dare ya.

That sucks kael.

to clarify. you're liscence now has to go through the graduated system again because you failed to renew it on time(so you had g2 still correct?). Is there a reason it wasn't renewed on time? was it because of the ticket(ie you didn't renew it cause you thought you couldn't) or did you just fail to set a road test before it expired?I don't understand. it was suspended but that doesn't make you have to go all through it again..

Either way I would talk to them at the driver place. My liscence should be expired at the begining of this month, I would have had to redo my whole liscence thing if I didn't set a test date a few days before. once you do that your card won't expire, even though it says it is as of July 1, my booked date gives me until july 10th...then if for some ungodly reason I fail, I get another grace period until my next text.

I don't see what you're complaining about anyways, you drove without a sticker, might as well drive without a licence as well right. Just so you can stay off the streets.

At least you have a few months of warm nights on the streets before you freeze in the winter time...lol

you're a real winner buddy. You won't talk to him face to face but you'll run your mouth. And you keep running it even after he offered to come to you to talk face to face to settle the bullshit between you.

I have to disagree, you don't NEED your car to survive, I don't have a car and I get to and from work every day. I have my own apartment and keep food on the table for me AND my gf.

Find a job in town, and take the bus.

Hell, I work in Cambridge(hespeler Rd) and Waterloo(bathurst Dr.) and live in Kitchener and still manage to make it to work everyday
