Best Insurance Companys

Im gettin my G1 soon, and while i have that im going to look for a car when im around 17. Im goign to modify it exteriorly, probably like ricing most likely lol. But i was wonderining, what are the best insurance companies that arent very expensive that will take you if you modify your car, but not the engine. Im probably going to mod the engine in a few years time, so im not worrying about that. Thanks

There is no such thing as Good Insurance companies. They are all evel and just scam you of your money

They all do the same shit (nothing), so go with the least evil one = aka one that offeres YOU the best price

I'm curently w/ Bel Air Direct under a family policy (3 cars & house) and the whole thing is $338/month
$283 of that is for the cars and $110 of the car portion is my car.

I think i have one of the lowest insurance rates on here, but the downside is i can't MOD my car according to them. So basically i'm paying so in case i get pulled over i have some slip to show, because if i ever get in an accident i got to fork out the cash to fix my car most likely.

Basically im wondering if there are any insurance companies around here that dont care if you rice your car up.

Scradley this is good news for me So when they mean center of gravity, meaning the weight of the car or...?? So how much are you exactly paying monthly for insurance, and what do you have on your car?

With most companys you won't need to inform them on those purchaces. They will usually cover up to $2000 or so for stereo provided you have the reciepts. My company, Economical, covered my theift of my cd deck and I never told them about it prior to it being stolen. They said they just cover $200 worrth and I had my reciepts so it was all good.

no they're not... not even close.

Occasional drivers have ALOT of restrictions on them with most companies. Can't drive to work, can't have the car for more than 3 consecutive hours, etc etc. Thats not BS, a friends sister got SCREWED because she was in an accident on her way to work, driving their parents van as an occasional driver.

I would shop around for Insurance. Being a first time insurer I would not even mention anything about the Mods you would want to do. They catch wind of that and and your quote will mysteriously be higher then other quotes. But the best way to get good insurance is to stay off your parents. The longer you are with a company with your own policy the better your rates get. (so long as your record stays clean). I have been on my own for 7 years and I am now paying $95 per month and they are aware of all the mods on the car. (Pilot Insurance)
