iLLuZion - where's my money?

Thread: none
Seller: 2point2
Buyer : iLLuZion
Any Problems: fuck yeah.

I did a B16A swap for for this punk a long time ago. He paid me most the money and promised to pay the $230 when he had it - I was doing swaps in my garage at home at the time so I had to get that car out of my garage beofre my parents hit the roof, otherwise the car would have stayed until he paid me in full.

Ok, Because this was going to be a popular show car i went out of my way to do a very clean job with the wiring - i take alot of pride in my motor swaps especially swaps that require above average wiring knoledge or hybrid swaps, i'm sure many members on here have seen my own work first hand...

him and ERP had compeltely hacked up this car wiring and motor swap.. ERP did some very sketchy things like trying to use an OBD1 distributer on an OBD0 car The engine was haning in the engine bay with threaded rod though the mounts (cheap mounts that didn't line up properly) I corrected many bugs on this car and asked for no extra in return... Again, i was happy to work on this trailer queen of a car because i knew it was going to be a big part of the show scene.

The point is - I worked very hard and DID a very clean swap on his CRX. His excuse NOW is that i didn't finish the job because the engine didn't come with a downpipe (which would have taken 30 min and 4 bolts to complete). Anybody on here knows that putting on a downpipe is a very small part of an engine swap (especially a VTEC engine into an EF) and doesn't justify somebody refusing to pay a sum of money that large.

I am also dissapointed in VM in general but i'll keep those words to myself.

done.

maybe if you'd go about it in a more nice fashion he would be more willing to pay you. now you've started a huge ruckus and he probably doesnt appreciate it, now youre less likely to get paid... smart thinking

Were not talking abou the McDonalds customer service hotline here..

I tried that "more nice fashion" technique for... um.. a COUPLE YEARS.. It doesn't work with free-loading losers I guess?

thanks for trying out.

i wasn't exagerating. a couple years. Now i know where to find him online and where he works.. so i'll just keep reminding him until he decides to be a grownup. I've tried being a 'nice guy' about it but it didn't work.

I've confronted him every time i've seen him.. even at a VM meet at burger king (if anyone remembers?). He has no argument about the fact that he owes me money..he just does't pay.

lol.. maybe i'm the reason he isn't a regular user on here?

i have been replying to all ur PM's and i tried calling u, ask ur sister or mom, they said u were at work...

and it wasnt just a downpipe..there was more wiring and and tuning. and shift linkage....

i figured when we talked last 2 years ago, it was over.. i paid u for work done.. and now ur bringing it up.. u know my number u should have called.. or came by my work (u dont know where i work??).

and as for avoiding u, ive seen u at every meet and u havent come up to me and said anything.. i figured if u had a problem, u would have come up to me.

I know i never paid u, i admit to that.. but those 30min of work were worth $230?

u knew about the tuning. and downpipe and shiftlinkage man, thats why we left it like that, there was a fair chunk of work to be done...

why havent u called me? we could have sorted this out a long ass time ago,
worked out a solution that would both make us happy... everytime u talk to me is threats man, talk to me civil and i will be more then happy to arrange something with you

I think that it stupid that a sale that occured BEFORE VM even existed is being rated here. No Offence, but, thats old news as ar as im concerned. This sounds more like a rant more than aything and we are not babysitters.

Seller: Sarah next door
Buyer : Me
Any Problems: You bet. Back in 1995 when I was 13, I promised a popsicle to the girl next door (Sarah) in exchange for me being able to taste her cookies. She said, 'Give me half and you can see them. After that, give me the other half and you can do whatever". SO, i give her half of my green popsicle and she drops her Buffalo's. Nice. Shes getting hair. I give her the other half and she tell me to close my eyes. I do it and she drops the other half of the popsicle into my San Jose Shark's coloured Zebaz jiggers, kicks me in the balls, and tells me to cool off cause she not a whore.
That bitch owes me some poon!

(Think I can find her at the Rev on Friday and force her to finish the deal? I hope so....I just found some new Zebaz at the GoodWill! )

OMFG

NO. The swap required 30 min more of work to be fully complete - meaning you were to pay me the amount that we agreed to...

NOT 30 min worth of work totaling $230. lol.. massaging words again? nice try.

You act as if I never tried to have a civil conversation with you in the past? After all this time this is the first time i've ever snapped on you until NOW and you act like you weren't expecting it? your one hell of a peice of work.

hows this for civil:

230 - 30min work of work @ $60/h.. = $200.

and i stopped calling you afer you stopped ANSWERING YOUR PHONE.
