After 11 months of waiting and going through tons of emails and no service, I finally received attention after making threads of my ordeal on canadian based forums.

I am proud to announce, I have received my FULL REFUND from Essential Speed.

I just want to say thanks to everyone who supported my ordeal, and thanks to Essential Speed for realizing the problem, and getting it fixed ASAP.

Thanks Jason, without you, I couldn't have done it. And thanks to Mr. Anonymous.

im not too sure about the other guys, but from what ive seen, a lot of them got their products, but did have to wait a while.

i on the other hand, never received a product, or even responses.

i ultimately got a refund, but it took a lot of screaming to be heard.
im just glad i got the refund.

Glad to see everything got through to you! As soon as I saw our paypal upload was done this morning, I made sure I put it through for ya. Just out of curiousity, what did Jason do to help you out? He didn't have any pull on this end.

he was more of my middle man.

he contacted you guys a lot actually. called a lot for me, because he was based out of canada, and for me to call everyday it would cost me a lot of money being in the states.

he was persistant and that got things done.

He actually didn't do anything for ya man, it was all you! You went about things civily and brought the attention to the issue yourself. This is all you and Jason literaly did nothing for your case.

lets see phone calls everyday for 1 month, 3 faxes, voicemail messages.... when I actually get you on the phone eddie you seemed nice, but then you post this crap about me, as if you had never heard of me...

ES didn't return my calls....so that makes me a nobody

Just when you could have left this thread as is....you had to point out I have no pull (which I really don't care about)....all I wanted to do was help John out with a company that was treating him like a piece of dog shit.
