There is a show in Ont on July 17-18 in Trenton, Ont

This event will be a sanctioned event for the Car Warz Show Circuit.
Also, it will be a level 1 event.

We will have to put togehter a SHOW team, becuase you probably realize that not every member has a SHOW car and even if they do they might not be interested into going to every show, and even if they are they might not be able to make it to every show.

We will have to think about this and figure something out.
We will have a VM banner made up that can be hanged above the cars.

Yeah Nick we should get together and talk about it, or even on MSN. I say form a team of about 10-15 cars and that should be solid. We can set up a banner and give away our sponsors cards to people at shows!

I have alot of ideas for this!

Yeah...I have a pile of ideas also

-Caution tape around our whole section
-little signs staked into the ground that say "Property of Vital Motion" and have eah sign(s) body matched to a car in the club (C. Tire spray bomb or whatever)
-VM banner on the front (and/or the back) of the tent
-stuff like that.

and dont forget the coolers, umbellas, folding chairs, etc... 8)

I agree. The tent is a must. I'm sure a few people must have those tents. The banner for sure. Yellow caution tape is a very good idea. And maybe a table set up with VM stickers/vinyls a page describing the club and with the info of our sponsors as well!

Just a note:

We have the police chief on our committee so that there will be no police harassment in trenton.

We have held the CSRA "CANATS" event here 3 times and not a single show related charge
