Nopi & Waterfest Cruise!

Hey Guys/Girls...

Performance Auto & Sound magazine is organizing a NOPI and Waterfest tour for this year and we're trying to get as many local cars as possible to make the trip. I am personally in charge of recruiting cars so I'd thought I'd throw the challenge out there. I'm aiming to get around 100 cars to participate because we actually have sponsors who are FLYING here in order to cruise down.

For those who do not know of Waterfest and Nopi, check out the following sites:

www.nopitour.ca ----> Sept. 16/17
www.waterfestkruize.com ---> July 14th

Basically we are going to be taking off from JRP and driving down to the event.

For each car club that brings at least 5 cars, we have some special prizes:

1. Car club logo / name will be printed on shirts
or
Banner will be made for the club to show at the event
2. Hotel Discount
3. Gas discount
4. Free t-shirt / products from sponsors
5. Get to meet a bunch of new people (AND Sponsors who can hook you up!!)

We are still working on some other perks, but it should be a killer time...If you have any
other questions, please email me at director@pasmag.com

Price is $70 US to register for Nopi, and PAS is offering the package for $30...

Cars Interested
1. Tyler
2. Tibz
3. pinkcivicb18
4. Chelli

We went last year (www.generationdub.com) with PASMAG to Waterfest. It was a great time, and I know there will be many more cars this year. Last year I believe we had 40 or so cars cruise from Hamilton all the way down.

Ya waterfest is a lot easier to recruit for because its a one day cruise....for Nopi we are trying to make two routes...one will be 3 day cruise and the other will be a two day cruise...still in the works though

July 14th to July 17th

As for car club participation, try VW Vortex for Waterfest cruise. We aren't much into having sunfires on our VW cruise down to a VW show! Last year we had a Mazda, and it never made it home!

Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no way I am able to take 2 weeks back to back off of work, so I need to know an exact date of return.

Im definatly going to Nopi Nats again this year...not only was it a great oppurtunity to meet a lot of ppl...but it was crazy to see a lot of the things that u usually only read about in the mags. Hundreds of exhibitors selling a lot of parts for CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP...and its a great excuse to get a tan!

Last year I went with Pasmag, and they did a great job.
For all of u that are scared to drive long distances....they had a tech truck that would stop and help fix anyone that had to pull over for any reason.
And....there was definatly no shame in driving the whole way down with painters tape on ur bumper...cuz everyone did it.
Killer parties in every city that we stopped over night...and when u actually get into Atlanta near the speedway...its unreal....Unlike anything u have ever seen before.
The cops didnt hassle us ONCE...no one got pulled over in the US...and the Hotels and gas consumption was a lot less than we expected...I recommend it to anyone and everyone if u are a true car enthusiast...

Its a Great experience.

Oh by the way Nopi is the 3rd weekend of September Scotty....Last year I took 1 week off work...i cut it close...but it was decent....Pasmag tour was 3 days down...2 day show and we drove back 2 days.....
and last year the pasmag tour didnt have a tour that came back into canada...it was to each their own...
7 days and it was a hell of a trip!
