Hey guys, I am most likely going to go to this tomorrow morning, wanted to see if anyone wanted to join me, sorry for posting so late.

I will probably be leaving here at 10 am.......I have my sound system fully built and compitition ready, so wish me luck....

here are the details:

Event Date: April 15, 2007
1x dB Drag Racing

Event Address: SPL Facility at 11 Creditstone Road
Concord, Ontario, L4K 2P1

Start Time: 11 AM Qualifying
Entry Fee: $10
Prizes: Trophies for top 3 loudest cars

Other Info: This is an all out-door event, please plan accordingly. It will be
held at 11 Creditstone Rd (Keele St & Highway 7) in Concord, at the back of the building. Parking spaces will be limited so unless you don't mind parking a mile away come early.

I'd be down but i got an exam tomm morning + 4 in a row next week. I'm for sure going to the next competition anything after the 19th of april till early sept i'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Klown78> any other shows in the near futre? and do you think you can build me a new box for SPL for my re 12 xxx......05 model?

^^^^^^^for jokes and mainly curiosity....its not a PURE SQ driver.............some people have hit high #s with higher tuned box's........i'm tuned really low i think 32-33hz at MOST.........

nope you're wrong it is a PURE spl driver that RE made to be best in the SPL market....im not arguing`it can do great numbers...but it will sound like ass...ive saw it done many times and im telling you now...its a whole different sub in a huge ported box more of a one note wonder

What ever it doesn't matter much to me. I'm just gonna come to the stereo connection competition next month and see what it hits presently. I've never been metered as I'm only curious. Never would be a serious competitor as I don't have the $$ and tools for that.

I'm guessing it will hit just over 130db 130-132dB but with that music I don't know gonna have to check that out before hand.

well ladies and gents, Daniel(dbeshera) won 1st place in his catergory!!!!

With a HUGE 142.4db hit on the Termlab!!

And on a side note, IDS, RE XXX is a PURE SQ driver, however some people have hit great numbers, but its not meant for it and will shorten the life of your sub!! It can be done yes, but its a waste of money not using it for its intended purpose!!! But like I said I can build you a box!!

^^^^ya i know its mainly for sq, but Peter (@ maximum threshold ) told me shoudl be able to compete with it when i bought it cuz it can handle 1200WRMS all day, as thats what I have, and not die..(Rated for 1600WRMS )

what did Daniel (dbeshera) hit 142.4dB with ?
