Hmmm...

*Bites tongue at Msequences comments*

Anyways. The sticker might not ever make it to my car. I for one have a hard time applying stickers to my car. I would much rather use them as a decoration. If that sounds bad well I'm sorry, that's why I didn't want the .net, I wanted to use them to dress up my tool box.

What about someone with a K-car that is rusting to nothing, but they're massively into cars and rebuild engines on their spare time?

Is this a car club or a fancy pants club? Not everyone is going to fit into YOUR perception of what is "clean" whatever that cliche actually means.

I totally agree with keeping the image of a car club as far from street racing as possible, and perhaps a banner of "Take it to the track" under the club name would be a good addition. Most of the street racers out there would think its 'ghey' anyways, and wouldn't want it on their cars.

LOL... oh i see. Someone on the internet talking about cars actually uses the word clean and means cleanliness, thats a shocker.

But it still stands, I RARELY wash my car, in fact right now there's dirt ALL over it, maybe even some bird poo, and I can't have the sticker on my car?!?!

I'm just joking around now, but the whole purpose was to stay away from the elitist mentality, and have a car club that is united. Stipulations like this tend to defeat this purpose.

Know what I mean?

I can't believe this sort of talk continues. This club has grown a lot further and is past the exclusivity stage. I'm sorry, if you want a larger turn out, and nicer cars to come out, you have to take the people that can't afford all the bling along with it. Im sure you wouldnt like it if one of your buddies wasnt invited simply because he drives a saturn or something of that sort.

Obviously people that are total heatbags won't be granted access to the meets, let along be given a sticker. You need to understand that some of the people that have been official members for a long time street raced more and drove like bigger heatbags then some of the people that were discriminated against.

I'm sorry, but if you want to discriminate... do so elsewhere, I am tired of the attitude that the club sticker is what cops look at when they pull someone over.. they pull them over usually for the driver, not driving properly, and those rare occurances where there is something improper done to the car.

For example, My tahoe is loud as shit, no cats, and a small remus muffer running 3" straight across, with headers. Opened up with the charger on it, it makes alot of noise.

40,000kms of driving in the past 6 month, and I havent been pulled over once.

Just to clarify a bit of what Ive said in the past. I have nothing against people modding their cars the way that they want. If they want to put a certain part of their car then thats totally fine. If they want to import parts from Japan and put them on their car then thats fine too. I have no problem with that. Im just as envious of people's clean cars as the next person. You have to give people credit where credit is due. The only thing that I do not like is when people say their car is something when it is not due to the parts that they have put on it. If you have a 99 Civic Si and put a CTR (Civic Type R) motor in it, all CTR interior, CTR lip kit, suspension, wheels, emblems and bronze tinted glass you do not drive a CTR. You still drive a 99 Si with a whack of CTR parts on it.

Its as close as that person is going to get to a real CTR unless they want to wait untill 2014 and if they are happy with it then thats great. More power to them. Just dont fake the funk trying to say its something when its not. Thats the only thing I dont like.

Just so everyone understands.

WELL on the topic of making window banners etc. a larger copy would work and we could go about doing it ourselves? Just a thought.

Sorry, I won't disclose the photoshop of the logo, then everyone and their grandma will get a sticker made. This way, I can atleast control it somewhat.

I agree, it is a great quote that would possibly help us along
