Looking for running condition vehicle - $500-$1000...I don't care what the exterior looks like, as long as it runs...

Would prefer a car that is ready to safety / pass emissions

I got an 89 civic 800 needs a ball joint an tie rod for safety an the parts in the car

I've got a 1992 toyota paseo that runs great, body is rusting.

white
manual
280,000 on the body about 180,000 in the engine.

For safety I know it will need:
windshield
horn fixed
e brake cable (I have the cables.)
exhaust repaired
There may be a hole or two to patch in the body.

New parts include,
brake lines, fuel lines
gas tank
radiator
brakes all around
adjustable struts/shox

We can work on it at my place to get it safetied or you take it away with any or all of the other spare parts I have...

92 accord lx good conditon running great very clean just on side has rust not that bad its silver 500$ 5 speed around 240 clicks i think

my buddies 1998 Stratus is for sale......dark blue, great condition, little rust on hood..4 door, 220 km.....as is....runs great, no sterio...
