where to get wheel re-drilled

so i'm looking at a set of wheels for my opel, only problem is they're 4X114.3 and opel is 4X100. i've heard of people getting the bolt pattern re-drilled, where would one go to do this? i wouldn't imagine every tire shop would be able to since it isn't the most common thing to get done.

also, besides that fact that its kinda ghetto, is there anything wrong with getting this done?

thanks.

loads of aftermarket wheels come with a dual bolt pattern so i assume it would still be strong enough.

It really depends on the rim if it would weaken it. Some rims have a nice flat pad on the back that can handle 3 different bolt patterns, others can only handle one. It is also possible to move the holes and use an oversized steel insert, or you can have the holes welded up and redrill new ones. Cheap thirlls in milton (905 878-6853) used to do this, but I'm not sure if they still do and it will be pricey (at least $200). You might be better off just trying to find rims that fit since 4x100 is pretty easy to find.

4X100 is easy to find in high offset (+35-40) but i need a lower rear wheel drive offset around +20 or it will rub on my suspension. the only common cars that come to mind that use it are E30 BMWs
