Michelin LTX M/S. In my personal opinion from being in the tire industry this is the best all around combination for canadian climates on any light truck and SUV if you only want to run one tire all year round.

They can be a pretty expensive tire, but not once have I ever heard a single complaint about them, this coming from at the very least 50 sets I have personally installed on anything from a ford escape right up to 20" on a hemi ram, or Chevy Avalance with 20's

Hankook Winter iPike W409 on my 06 Si. I have one word for them... awesome.

So far, with the big snow storm 2 weeks ago and the ice and freezing rain yesterday, the tires performed great. THey have excellent traction in deep snow and slush and they provided excellent grip and stopping power in the ice.

They also ride very quiet and handle decent when the road is dry and snow free. I would highly recommend them.
