No it won't...think about it. If the tire is inside the fender, what's it gonna rub on??? That's why some people have to roll their fenders, to have tuckage and no rubbing.
Yeh rolling fenders helps the back, but for the front as when you turn on a sharp corner, it rubs the inner liner << how to get rid of this problem? Just curious

actually, for tucking issues, you need to be able to turn your front wheels all the way to the right, then all they way to the left with any contact.
A cop will actually ask you to turn your steering wheel to check this.
