New Suspension Install Pics

So since I recently did body work and engine work to my car I thought it was time to do some suspension work. For the past 4 years, ever since I bought my car, I have been riding on a set of Ractive coilovers I bought for $100 on stock shocks in the front and aftermarket struts in the back. Since my car is driven all year around for the past 2 years I have been unable to adjust my coilovers do to all the shit they have been through. After talking to Eric and Nick at Teknotik they recommended a full coilover kit from a company called PIC (Power in Control). This is a fairly new company based out of Chicago who have developed an all in one coilover. The suspension we decided on was an 8 way dampening adjustable coilover. This way I can change the ride depending on where I am driving. The first shipment of these coilovers came in on Monday and I was there that day to pick them up. I talked to Spooned_Civic (Nick) who agreed to help me install them last night at his house. We started at 7:30pm and finished a few hours later. I haven't had time to really adjust the coilover yet but so far the ride is amazing.

anyways on with the pics

Massive wheel Gap

Picture of the new coilover, isn't it sexxy?

Old vs. New

Getting it in there

No more wheel gap

Here are some sick pics Crix took of the suspension

I will keep you guys updated on how the suspension is. I want to thank Eric and Nick from Teknotik for recommending PIC and dealing with me asking everyday if it was in yet. I want to thank Spooned (Nick) for helping me with the install. I want to thank April (baby gsr) for sitting there for the 4 hours in the cold while were putting the suspension on and last but not least Crix for taking some amazing pictures.

the website for PIC is www.picperformance.com

I like that they came with beefier upper mounts, thats one thing everyone should install with coilovers.

I've talked quite a bit with Al from PIC over the last couple days and I can see this company becoming very big, very quickly. They have extensive R&D, unlike alot of the companys out there. Their customer service is A++++. I think you made a really good choice going with these coilovers.

Teknotik will be carrying this line of coilovers, so you know it won't be a hassle to get them.

Any reviews on this suspension system due to the fact that they are relatively new? I heard Omni had problems when they first came out. I would've waited for some other ppl to buy them and hear what they say after riding on them for a few months. Need those Ractive coilovers freed up? No torch.

IMO Omnipower is garbage. I thought about buying them but after all the collars staarted breaking on different applications I kinda second guessed them. Did a little more research and found out they do next to no R&D. when the collars started breaking on their products they didn't research why, they just added some thickness to the collar and called it a day.
