It's to allow the air to pass from the bottom of the engine and to exit thru the top...about 2$ of washers and a few minutes to kill...makes it look like ass tho, no offense.

very nice on the hood mod! I'd read about that before and it seemed like a good idea, depending on the car and how it looks after... yours doesn't look bad!

Its all based on your Style/MotorSport!

For Example: Show Cars wouldn't use this for multiple reason, kinda takes away from lines of the car, and the fact that most Show cars are for Show only!

But for me, its a simple easy cheap but important mod for both Drift Style and the fact that i beat on my car while learning to drift so every little bit helps!

Well now that its a good awful mod why don't you stick to racing in a straight line in your Honda! Didn't ask for your opinion!

i was thinking of doing it to my car...but good thing bout my car is that there is a black rubber strip at the top of my engine bay where all i have to do is take it out, add the washers and the hood will still look flush
it'll keep my hot ass engine nice and cool always, especially when i drift

but now...back on topic:

no...ive done drifts...not just a big donut...ive been meaning to go to drift star meets wit Sasha and them for a while but never had chances...im planning to get a manual tranny hopefully soon so i can do more stuff...its hard for me to swap sides in a drift when i cant pop it into neutral wit the auto tranny and so i could slam the breaks and swap sides then put back into the proper gear and continue a drift
